Please always quote the subject of the e-mail and the number of the order concerned, for the best possible response.
Shipping and Returns
Delivery is handled by our private international partner and takes 7-15 working days.
We offer home delivery (with signature).
Delivery is free for orders over 70$
Returns are free if the product has a defect covered by the warranty (see "Warranty" tab).

Are your shipments guaranteed?
Yes, every shipment sold on our website comes with a warranty of between 12 and 24 months, including technical assistance (see general terms and conditions).
How does pre-ordering work?
When a product is out of stock, there are two options:
Either we let you give us your e-mail address on the product page so we can let you know when it's back in stock.
Or you can pre-order the product and proceed to checkout.
If the pre-order option is present on the page of the product you're interested in, it means we'll be receiving stock soon and we're offering you this option so you can be sure of having a reserved copy sent straight to your home.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a faulty, incorrect or incomplete item, please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the problem quickly.
For efficient handling of your refund request, please send an e-mail to contact@lesetup.com, indicating your order number, your contact details, as well as photos of any damage (if applicable).
